We had an amazing time with the delightful afternoon tea in the Club lounge and the delicious birthday cake surprise for my husband! The breakfast buffet was heavenly with so many options to choose from, and the salad bar was particularly cute.

Loved the spacious room with an amazing view! It had a cozy ambiance and was super convenient, directly connecting to the mall. Felt like a mini-vacation without going far!

The room was super spacious and comfy with a large bed. I loved the big bathtub and the clean bathroom. The toiletries were really nice, especially the body lotion. It was also perfect that it’s a non-smoking place. Had a good view of the golf course too!

The kids loved the bathtub while I enjoyed watching TV, and the staff were exceptionally helpful during our stay.

Woke to the sight of stunning architecture and spacious layouts that made our family's early morning routines a breeze. The staff were welcoming, eager to help at every turn.

However, our excitement faded when we found the pool slightly cramped and the charge for an extra bed took us by surprise, creating an unexpected expense.

Had a fun time with my fam! We scored a super nice suite, so much space for the kids to play. Breakfast on the ground floor was awesome, tons of options! Staff were really sweet, super helpful. Just wish the cleanliness could've been better, found a cockroach in the bathroom which was kinda gross.

Check-in was smooth and quick. The welcome drink they served was refreshing after a long day. I loved the surprise setup for my husband's birthday—balloons, a personal note, and fruits in the room made it special. The afternoon tea had friendly staff, but I wish they offered fresh juice. We received a birthday cake, which was a delightful surprise. The evening cocktail had a good variety of foods, but the drink options could include more mocktails for guests. Breakfast had decent variety but could improve in taste. Housekeeping needs attention as the cleanliness of the windows could be better. The air conditioning in the room wasn't great, and the TV system had issues that persisted despite attempts to fix them. The laundry services weren't available 24/7, which was inconvenient. Overall, staff were polite and helpful. the location next to a huge shopping mall was fantastic. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby, which I appreciated.
